       Mr. Shen Zhangfei, director and Technical Director of Shandong Sweet New Material Technology Co., Ltd., introduced that the liquid cotton series of nonwovens adopts this cooperative research and development of parallel two-component production line, with PP as the main raw material, the application of continuous filament spinning process, coupled with independent research and development of soft modified raw materials, has good spinning stability, the highest unit output is 200kg/m/h to achieve stable production, the fiber can reach a minimum fineness of 0.6 deniers, and has a very excellent spiral curling effect, which is at the international leading level.
